DAVE NADLER - President
Resident since 2017 - Board Member 4th Year
Dave and his wife, Lori, have two children, Madison (22) and Zack (20), both of whom are attending college. In addition to joining the SLH Board shortly after moving in, Dave has volunteered for many institutions over the years, including the Boy Scouts of America, various PTOs in a variety of capacities, and many church committees and programs. Lori and Dave can usually be seen walking one of their dogs in the morning before work. Dave's day job is as an executive in nearby Maitland at a local community bank.

DEBBIE PUSATERI -  Vice President
Resident since 2010 - Board Member 2nd Year
Debbie is a retired Nurse and Healthcare Executive with over 40 years in the industry. She has experience with strategic planning, budgeting, labor management and served on several community boards. She and her husband, John, have lived in Florida for 49 years. They have 2 sons and 5 grandchildren also in Florida.

CRAIG GILARDI - Treasurer
Resident since 2015 - Board Member 8th Year
Craig and his wife not only set their roots in Spring Lake Hills soon after the wedding, he joined the Board of Directors within a few short months. He is a financial analyst at Lockheed Martin and has contributed his time and skills to good causes such as Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Food Bank and also at Tangelo Park Elementary School.

ELIZABETH (LIZ) COPELAND - Secretary
Dan and I have lived in Spring Lake Hills for 23 years. Our attraction to this neighborhood was due to many splendid things! The additional safety provided by the gatehouse, the expansive roadways and sidewalks, the manicured landscaping, the uniqueness of each resident’s home and as avid boaters three lakes! 

What has kept us here are the wonderful neighbors and friends who reside here. After a hurricane or personal loss we can count on each other, a quality not always found in other places.

I am a retired Insurance Professional. As a Commercial Lines Underwriting Consultant, I was entrusted daily to place and protect millions of dollars of my Fortune 500 company’s assets. For my clients my job was to help them mitigate risk and grow profitably. 

My Faith and church involvement are also very important to me. I served on numerous committee and ministries including the Parish Council. I was entrusted to distribute my Church’s assets for those in need.

I believe Spring Lake Hills is a special little gem found in Altamonte Springs. We need committed neighbors to continue to maintain our quality of life while also moving our neighborhood forward.
