President - Mary Grady - Term ends 2027
My husband and I moved into the neighborhood 22 years ago from Illinois and have loved living in this community every minute. Neighbors are amazing and I love the peace and quiet of the community while being so close to major highways and amenities. Tell us about yourself i.e.-family, professional skills, interests.
Building on an undergraduate degree in Biology, I have a master’s degree in biology, along with graduate work in Natural Science and for almost 20 years teach at the High School and College level and absolutely love igniting that spark of interest in students. Prior to moving to Florida, I was a director in a marketing/database management company for 25 years and reporting to the COO and CFO, responsible for coordinating budgets, strategic planning and execution of marketing plans for nationally known financial clients.
My husband passed away a couple of years ago, but I have three loving step children and 5 grandchildren.
Vice President - Debbie Pusateri - Term ends 2028
As a retired Nurse and Healthcare Executive, Debbie is now channeling her extensive experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and labor management to passionately serve her community. Alongside Mary Grady, she recently helped pioneer the new VisitForm Gate Access Software, making the neighborhood even safer. With two sons, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren all thriving in Florida, family is her driving force.
Treasurer - Carlos Perez - Term ends 2026
Carlos and his wife, Victoria, their daughter Giselle, and Chihuahua, Lola, moved to neighborhood in 2021. Carlos currently works at Full Sail University as a Project Manager/Controller and has done so for nearly two decades. He is also part of the JAEA Orlando team as a Project Manager. They enjoy all the wonderful outdoor activities Orlando and Central Florida have to offer. You can catch them at the Sanford Zoo, Leu Gardens, and the beaches.
Secretary - Robin Robuck - Term ends 2029
My family and I chose to move to Spring Lake Hills more than 13 years ago because of the location relative to almost everything in the greater Orlando area. We love the beauty of the community. I walk/run almost everyday and have gotten to know many residents here. I recently joined SLH pickleball groups in which I've made wonderful friends.
My husband Allan and I recently retired. We have three grown sons, and two beautiful grandchildren who we try to spend as much time with in Gainesville. Prior to retiring, I was a CIO of a locally grown property management company. We're huge Gator fans!

Michael Gerber - Term ends 2026
Michael has lived in the neighborhood since 1995. His wife, Beth, has lived here since 1978. They love it here for several reasons not the least its location to the major highways of our area where we can hit the road fast. They are now "Empty Nesters" with lots of life skills they like to hone while on vacations.
Heather Mulcahy - Term ends 2026
Heather and her husband, Michael, have lived in the neighborhood since 2022. You may see them out with their senior Miniature Schnauzer, Geddy, or walking throughout the neighborhood. Heather has spent her career in the accounting, legal, and financial services industries. She currently serves as a Paraplanner for a Registered Investment Advisor. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, home projects, and traveling.
Joe Saucer - Term ends 2027
Joe and his wife, Emily, moved from Longwood to Spring Lake Hills with our three sons. I am a project manager. I enjoy spending time growing fruits and enjoy watching baseball (college professional and my kids). I have been a resident of Seminole County for 39 years.
